Lot of sweat on face due to over sympathetic activation and anxiety disorder ,thyroid problms and under lying disease .you have to check yourself to doctor and take a cmplt test. Stop search on internet.

no solution except wet wipes to use frequently.
no medicine available as it's a natural phenomenon. if you stop it you r in a big problem as body core temperature rises which is not at all good.
