Intrinsic stains are difficult to impossible to treat at home while extrinsic stains can be treated. So in your case cause must be diagnosed by an expert in oral medicine and radiology.

You can visit a dentist for cleaning and for whitening of teeth. There is no or little sensitivity while cleaning but eventually it will go. You may opt for bleaching to get teeth whiten which can be done both at clinic and or at home.

Oil pulling can increase whiteness of teeth Oil pulling, also known as "kavala" or "gundusha, is an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique that involves swishing a tablespoon of oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for around 20 minutes. This action supposedly draws out toxins in your body, primarily to improve oral health but also to improve your overall health.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning, polishing along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or art...more

Hello, red colour could be because of stains on the teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
