Dear user. I can understand. Please understand there are no short cuts for Weight loosing. You have to undergo stringent exercise regime according to your requirement in weight loss. You need to do at least one hour of physical exercise per day so that you can have a reduction of around 2 kgs per month. Secondly you have to augment your efforts with nutritious non fatty diet.
