this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy):

1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food

2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.

It seems that you are suffering from chronic dysentery. Whenever something out of routine happens, your problem starts. It can be a simple trigger like eating outside or stress or not sleeping on time etc. U need to take proper treatment for this. In the meanwhile do this
1.take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors.4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods
5. Curd is good for you.
