Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

It is dependent on the position of your wisdom tooth with bone.
For that opg x-ray is required to gauge 1. The level of bone covering the tooth, 2. Tooth placement with the nerve, 3. Clinically how it is placed in the mouth and 4. A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person.
