Hi lybrate-user, your thyroid levels are slightly high it should be around 2.5 when trying to get pregnant. Diet won't help that much in hypothyroidism, you can try for gluten free diet. Ideally you should have thyroid medicine it will be corrected in a month don't worry it's not major issues. Don't stop talking medicine without consulting doctor.

For thyroid avoid soybeans and cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli etc. For blood pressure consider low salt and freshly prepared food. Fruits and vegetables and sprouts with plenty of fluids / water and of course regular exercise.

Dear lybreate user,
you need to consult a yoga therapist. With the help of a few asanas, and pranayama you might be able to have some control/regulation on your thyroid and cholesterol. Having flax seeds everyday may lower your cholesterol levels. You may consult an ayurvedic doctor for this.

I would advice you consider low dose hormonal pills to regularise your cycles for the next few months like novelon/ femodene. Please check for side-effects and contraindications.
