Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. Hi.
Swimming pool's water contains chlorinated water, which increases the chances of tan as well as hairfall!
So, always take shower before and after swimming, wear a cap to protect them, apply a leave-in conditioner after each head wash, apply a water-proof sunscreen with SPF-25 or 30.
Can use Bakson's Apricot scrub 1-2 times a week.
