take plenty of water. for lunch today take small quantity of boiled food like idly, poha etc., for dinner keep half stomach empty. aoid tea/coffee, every day take minimum 2.5 to 3 litres of water spread thoughout the day. if you are constipated get treated for that. have some physical avtivity like morning/evening walk. have atleat 6 hours of sleep in the night. go to bed early like 9.30 to 10 pm.

this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy):
1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food
2. Syrup Digene one tsp (5 ml) before food twice a day for 2-3 days.
And follow care advises given below.
Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti
also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sens...more

I m 24 years old female and have extra fat on my stomach, what should I do? Give some home remedies.
Hello,
Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month.
Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily.
Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose)
avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates.
drink plenty of water daily.

This seems to be due to acidity I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8.
