For stomach pain take one tablet cyclopam and avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology.

Little pain during periods is normal.
1) do massage to back & abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) take 2 spoon of caster oil with warm milk prior period start to last day of period.

Drink water frequently. Take small meals spread over the entire day instead of two or three large meals. Avoid chillies in any form and any other food which you think provokes your symptoms. Please get liver function test, lipid profile and ultrasound whole abdomen done.

If your baby is not lethargic, eating and drinking and playing, please do not worry. Offer her who-ors liberally. If any concerns, please see a paediatrician in-person for an assessment.

1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy, fried and junk food,
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 4. Take one tablet of rantac150 mg twice daily before food
5. If you have recurrent stomach ache, do upper gi endoscopy after consulting gastroenterologist.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.
