Hello morning stomach pain is sign of hyperacidity and gaseous distension.
Make a decoction of curry leaves and add pudina as topping. Drink this decoction early morning helps to get relief from pain.
Avipahykara choorna 5 gm at bed time with warm water helps a lot
ajmoda sharbat also reduces stomach pain.
