Adapting a healthy lifestyle is very important. Start exercising everyday as that is not only a great stress buster but also help in your digestion. Sleep for 7-8 hrs daily and do not change your sleep pattern. Eat healthy food and avoid junk food along with alcohol and tobacco. Learn to relax by doing some thing creative ( Yoga with pranayam and meditation can also be useful ). You can also use homeopathy if required after some time.
