take maximum liquid diet. or semiliquid khichadi porridge rice dal poha upma in small amount.

pan d one in empty stomach for five days.
emset4 md to put under toung it dissolves with saliva nothing by mouth till 30 min to stop vomiting.

1.Make a powder of 250 gm KHUS KHUS and 250 gm ALMONDS along with addition of 5 BADI ILLIACHI and 5 gm KALI MIRCH .Daily tak half spoon twice daily either in milk or direct in mouth or 4-6 months.------------------
2.Eat daily early morning 5 leafs of HOLY BASIL ( TULSI PATTA ).Chew it and immediately brush your teeth.Repeat it for 3-6 months.

Hello lybrate-user. I understand that your boyfriend is suffering from sore throat due to tonsillitis. I would suggest you to tell him to do warm saline gargles at least thrice daily. Also prepare a concoction of ginger, pepper and basil leaves. And tell him to take it twice. If these natural remedies don't work you can message me. - Do steam inhalation twice a day
- do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup
- avoid all cold fluids like aerated water
- take tablet okacet - C, 1 tablet three times a day after meals
- take tablet vovinorm, 1 tab if vomiting is there
- have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration
- avoid fried, spicy & sour food.
- Do steam inhalation twice a day

For sore throat, need to follow the points:
- Avoid cold things, fried/ oily food.
-Avoid excessive use of voice/ roughly using voice or else shouting.
- Gargle with salt and warm water solution thrice daily.
- Take Ginger tea.
- Avoid excessive cold air or sudden change of temperature (like coming from heat/ sunlight to an A/C room).
- Can cover your throat with a stole.
