kindly tell me

1. Is cough associated with throat pain ?

2. Is sputum is also coming ?

3. Do you have sneezing/ running nose

and kindly follow advises given below

Take proper rest

lot of fluids and proper home made diet.

warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days.

Avoid exertion


Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days,

Take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.

First of all we will have to find out the cause of allergy like pollens, dust mites, any food, fragrance or preservatives etc. Then we can plan treatment accordingly. Be careful as allergy may lead to asthma also. Simple measures are very helpful.

Since when are you having this problem?
It could be a case of Vasomotor Rhinitis or a case of allergic rhinitis.
If very frequent and troublesome, you could try either of the two options:
1. Take Tab Lorfast meltab once at bedtime for 10 days and then alternate day for 10 days and twice weekly for another 2 weeks.
OR
2. Budenase Aq nasal spray one spray in each nostril every morning for one month.

do not feel bad its not an awkward problem, this problem treatment depends on how your symptoms affect your life.
There are four types of treatment for stress incontinence:
-behavior changes
-medicine
-pelvic floor muscle training
-surgery
drink less fluid (if you drink more than normal amounts of fluid).
Do not hold it. Urinate when you first feel the urge. This may help reduce the amount of urine that leaks.

Several things can be done to prevent cold:
-Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones.
-Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough.
-Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms.
