If it is a long lasting problem, she may be suffering from allergic rhinitis. A clue to that would be other family members including parents or grandparents also suffering from some type of allergy. If so we would need anti allergy medicine, either orally or as nasal sprays.

It's because of vata dosha vitiation. It can avoided by practicing yoga and pranayama.
Keep nasal cavities wet and clean. Drink water every day sufficiently to keep urself hydrate.
Put one drop of coconut oil on each nostril everyday before outing.

Yes you are allergic, please avoid everything that causes you sneezing, it could be strong perfumes, dust, spices, some sort of clothing, cold water, etc
wash your face with luke warm water, keep yourself boosted with vitamin c rich fruits - oranges do a lot good, and if you have no issue with lemon and amla go ahead with it as well. For medicines please text in private.
