Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500mg twelve hourly for five days and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings

There are 2 factors involved here. 1 is called allergen to which one is allergic to and other is triggers like hot and cold situation. Triggers are not easy to eliminate but once the offending allergen is known it can be avoided. You need to visit a ENT specialist and find out any anatomical abnormality in the nose and then find out the allergy and the offending agent. Then only you will be symptoms free.
