Appears like you may be having Allergic rhinits. Avoid dust exposure. Get rid of dust mites on your cot and surrounding areas like blankets, curtains,carpets etc. Avoid exposure to cold environments as well. If problem persists better to see a doctor in person.

It may be due to allergy nasal polyp deviated nasal septum. So first you should find out the reason. Go for x ray of nose.

For sinus and nose problems, try taking steam inhalation for 3 times a day. If problem is not solved in 2-3 days, you may need additional medicines. Also, if you are a smoker, you need to quit smoking.

1.Do Warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily.
2.put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily.
3.Take Viscodyne D syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily if you have dry cough or viscodyne syrup 2 tsf three times daily if you have cough with sputum.
4.If no relief, you have to take antibiotic.
5.Consult doctor for advice
