3. Medication: allopathy or otherwise. Allopathy: anti histaminics and steroid nasal sprays: [to be taken only after an ENT surgeon inspects your nose and prescribes it to u.]
4. Immunotherapy
Please consult an ent surgeon for advise and also to know if you have any dns or polyps.

if symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose
1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids
2. Take proper home made diet.
3. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days
continuous cold may be because of many reasons like:
1. Any ENT problem like DNS, polyp, sinusitis
2. Low immunity
3. Allergic condition like Allergic Rhinitis

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. Seasonal polans are the reason for this.
Always cover your nose and mouth while going outside.
Always wear warm cloths and keep your neck warm. Take anti allergic medicines as per the prescription.

-Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones.
