1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6. Maintain personal hygiene
7. Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Hi
1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals,
2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals,
3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on tanned skin with gentle massage daily,
Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.

Firstly, avoid exposing skin to direct sun. Wear full sleeved white clothes. Apply medicated calamine lotion and medicated talcs. Drink as much liquid, to maintain hydration, specially lemon juice.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses.
Get your vision tested and wear glasses.
At this age you will require additional glasses for near work and that number is physiological
having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.
