Asked for female, 20 years old from Chandigarh

My hair volume got affected and now my hair density is just 50% I had done three sessions of prp and currently using minoxidil from seven months will I be able toh restore my previous density back and if yes then in how much time and another question is that will I be able to use dermaroller 0.5 mm I have some dandruff issue.

Health Query

I have chronic granular pharyngitis from last 18 months, and i'm unable to get rid of this. Doctor advised for removing the tonsils if it gets more paining or jst wait, but I didn't get any pain. I have sinusitis in left side. What should I do, I can't able to find good doctors?

I have excessive dandruff. My scalp seems infected with it for so many years. Because of the dandruff, I also suffer from acne breakouts a lot. No amount of natural remedies or anti dandruff shampoos or oiling seems to have any effect on my scalp. The problem is as persistent and problematic as it was around a decade ago. I have quit all sugary and packaged food, I have home cooked food and I also take 6-7 hours of sleep. I have done a full body checkup and apart from my low vitamin d levels rest all is normal. I have no major or minor health issues other than these. My stress levels are also not that high. Kindly help me with it. I really don't know what else to do. I need proper guidance.

Iâm having bad dandruff in my beard and moustache. Suddenly it happed before 3-4 days and it aggravated and now iâm having big flakes coming out of the skin. Thereâs no pain as such.
