I'm a 22 year old female. I have been irregular on my periods for over 8 months now. And even when they do come very less compared to an year ago. My body starts hurting before the periods begin. I read about this condition on the internet but have not been consulting any gynaecologist yet. I haven't changed my diet in years. Is it natural or it's a problem?

During my annual medical it was found that vpcs in my ecg report. I referred to cardiologist, he take my pulse reading i. E 80/min and bp 126/68. He told me that my heart is skipping beats and irregular rythm. Then he done echo which is normal and tmt which is negative. Sir kindly suggest what are natural ways to control arrythmia.
