Oily skin it is little difficult to get clear skin without any medicines, as oily skin causes frequent skin infection (BACTERIAL & FUNGAL) and pimples and darkening to skin. It will definitely be cure, please upload it’s photo.

The oily nature of your skin should be accepted firstly. It's not a disease. You just need to use a mild soap or a mild face wash twice a day. You can also use home remedies like besan (chickpea flour etc to clean your face. And rest of the time you can simply use plain water to keep it clean. Overuse of the soaps and scrubbing will damage the skin in the long run. Moreover the skin nature also changes as you age.

Just try these simple remedies for atleast a month before considering peels - use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily
use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Follow advises 1. Drink lot of water
2. You can use good quality neem soap like himalaya
3. Wear proper washed cloth
4. You can use god quality tel com or deodorant
5. Dry your towel completely and change in 4-5 days 6. Prefer cotton cloth than synthetic

Use foaming face wash with salysilic acid (1%)
saslic face wash will control the oil.
Also take isotretonoin tablet, every alternate day.
It will be better to show the problem before taking this medicine to know the proper dosage.
Do not use any cream, if your skin feels stretched or tight, you may use aloe vera gel.
