Asked for male, 20 years old from Bhagalpur

I am 20 years old. 1 year ago, I suddenly get a panic attack after this I feel like everything is unreal and I am not feeling in my body and my head became so heavy, after a month my symptoms gone but my head heaviness still there ,so I do neck rotation very hard .after a minute I feeling like extreme blood rush in my head and dizzy and feel like I am gonna die. But as it gone I feel like my body become light like I have less grip in my body and my vision also changes and after few days I was getting extreme brain fog and I can't identify myself in mirror. I think it will also disappear like the before ones but this persists for two months. And then one day I try to see myself in mirror in my eyes so that I can feel myself. But after an instant I feel very anxious. I think someone else in the mirror and again a severe blood rush in my head. After that my shoulder and hand became extreme light, my body became extreme weak, I don't have grip in my body anymore and I feel like in my only in my brain not feel like a robot and getting thoughts what I am doing in this body what's the motive of this world .this scares me a lot then I consult with a neurologist he did every test. Everything is normal and saying I have gad then prescribed me calmbeta-20 (anti anxiety), vitamins and anti depressant for two months. After taking medicine I feel everything normal and get my life back .as my medicine finished. My symptoms came back .i don't want to take medicines my whole life .what I do?

I had head concussion at (back left side )30 days ago. I had headache, dizziness, sleepy at that time. Ncct done by Dr. Advice.according to neurologist reports are normal. I took some medicine for 4 days. But I have frequent headache (mild) and head tightness and mild dizziness till now. What should I do in that situation? Is this serious? Please suggest.

Hello I am a ca. When I was in 3rd standard, I used to have saridon tablets for headache. After growing elder when I was in 10th standard ,saridon did not work for me and consulted a doctor who has suggested me naxdom 250 mg. After my intermediate, naxdom 250 mg did not work for me and I have started using naxdom 500 mg. Now I am 21 years old and naxdom 500 mg is also not working for me .just getting a temporary relief for a week and again I am suffering from the same headache. I am also facing a lot of hair fall due to consuming more medicines. Please suggest something.

Hii I am a ca, when I was in 3rd class I used to take paracetamol for headache. When I was becoming somewhat older, paracetamol was not working for me .after that I have shifted to saridon tablets. When I was in 10th standard I could not bear the headache continuously for 3 days .i have taken saridon for all the 3 days, even though I couldnt get relief from that headache. Then I went to the doctor who has suggested me naxdom 250 mg. After that naxdom 250 mg was also not working for me. After that I have started using naxdom 500 mg .present I am 21 year old. Now naxdom 500 mg is also not working for me. After taking naxdom 500 mg I could get relief (only the level of pain is reducing) but the next day I am feeling the same pain .what shall I do?

Hii lybrate-user donât worry for the blood clotting it will be normal after few days .u can take vitamin c (limcee) tab for twice a day for 1 week .donât use pyrimon eyedrop as it contain steroid also .steroid is not recommended to use for long time .it has side effect .just continue with lubricants eyedrop like refresh tears.
