Hi, she might b due to raised level of uric acid.
Causing pain in toe and legs, knee joints, a all joints.
She should take, plenty of water to eliminate uric acid through urine.
Her diet b easily digestible, non-irritant, sour contents free, on time.
Go for meditation to reduce stress and to nourish her body to ease her problem.

Avoid, cold, junkfood, caffeine, sour, irritant intake.

Calf pain after running is due to muscle cramps. Follow these to get relief and avoid the problem.
