No helpful details like tests done, medications taken, type of doctors consulted, other complaints is given. Appears like acute bronchitis or bronchiolitis or childhood asthma. One has to find the causative agent like dust, fungus, pollen etc avoid once identified to the extent possible. Consult paediatric pulmonologist and remain under his guidance for regular monitoring, treatment etc.

Are you a smoker?
Do get checked for tb. If blood in sputum continues ,it is definitely a matter of concern.
One or two episodes may have be spontaneous.
Check for associated symptoms and recent weight loss you might have missed.
Get chest xray done if needed.

No mention of duration of cough, other complaints like fever cold wheeze etc. And past history of allergy to some agent. Take any over the counter cough expectorant. Explore any specific cause of allergy. If cough persists beyond 3 weeks consult a physician for investigations.

There is no any documented interaction between the two. However erythromycin inhibits cytochrome enzyme which metabolises isotretinoin. So it may cause side effects if the doses are high. You can also use alternative to erythromycin to be on safe side.

No details about treatment taken. No mention about fever, breathlessness, wheezing sounds, on breathing or coughing, history of cold or allergy in atmosphere. Any cough present for more than 3 weeks you should consult physician internal medicine md, or pulmonologist for detail clinical examination, related tests, proper diagnosis and further management.
