If you are asymptomatic, then we can wait up on surgery, repeat usg after 3-6 months .if you get any upper abdominal discomfort or pain after taking meals anytime, then better to get surgery done as soon as possible to prevent complications of gall stone disease.

All left side. Kidney upper ureter 15. 3 mm calculus (hydrouretonephrosis, upper and lower calyx two calculus of 6 mm each. This is the second time I had stone. Can it be passed by dissolving using alkaston b6 & silosodin caps? Or homeopathy is a better option?
