Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi for your prevention from stone formations. Avoid unfavourable food and dahi or sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg. And high proteineous food.

To work out approximately the amount of protein you need you can use figure it out by calculating grams required or by using the hand method.

Get a urine routine and microscopic examination, urine culture if you are suffering from recurrent uti, serum calcium, urine ph and bicarbonate estimation to exclude distal renal tubular acidosis, serum uric acid estimation. Have plenty of water. And 9 mm stone is unlikely to go away with meds. You myt need surgical management.
