I am having jaundice since 1 month with bili rubin when my jaundice was reported I took good food and juices for 15 days and my bilirubin was decreased from 3.6 to 2.6 after that I started taking fast foods and drinks so my bilirubin got to 2.8 again so what should I do.

V.gnanamoorthy from tamilnadu. I couldn't eat anything for past 2 months. I try to wat but suddenly I vomiting. Weight also lost. Then I visited hospital, they said alkaline phosphate is high in blood and undergone ct scan, and they told liver is slightly inflamed and there is a chance to jaundice so please admit for biopsy needle surgery. And the biopsy surgery also done then the report also came in the past saturday. In biopsy report the impression is a granulomatous hepatitis. I didn't consult the doctor yet now. Please explain it and what can I do?

There is some imbalance in my blood report in the parameters of hematrocit (42.60%), mcv (73.6 fl, mch (25.9 pg), mchc (35.2%),rdw (14.3%), mpv (16.3 fl, pdw (73.5%) and pct (0.19%). Need to see pbs (peripheral blood smear) report, also blood counts. Here in this report mcv is low. This may be due to iron deficiency anemia. Need to do further investigations to confirm like total blood counts, hb%, tibc, serum ferritin. No need to worry just do the investigations to confirm diagnosis. Hope it helps.
