Apply the Cetaphil cleanser throughout the scalp to dry hair.

Use anti dandruff or neem shampoo,
2.Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation.

Dandruff or Seborrheic dermatitis is excess sebum production in your scalp. It may be related to the diet which you take which is high fatty diet and is usually associated with a fungal infection also. I suggest you take proper treatment for it.
