This may be due the antibiotics you have taken. Weakness is common after typhoid. Take ors regularly. High protein diet bt without much oil and spices. Take boiled water atlst 7-8 days. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment so you can contact me through Lybrate. Homoeopathic remedy is almost harmless. And it can alter the situation your suffering now.

Itchy scalp is mainly because of dryness and dandruff. You may use lemon for dandruff but you will need medications too for proper treatment.

As you have mentioned that you got surgery for pilonidal sinus this shows that you have more hair then normal. I simply suggest you to keep cleanliness of area by washing with soap and water and apply some moisturiser or home remedies coconut oil. Another suggestion is to keep your stool soft by taking three full meals which has lot of veg. Fruits and plenty of water and if needed add stool softener to it. i hope you will improve.

Hello Lybrate user. I thing it is eczema or it may be fungal infection. Protect your feet to come in contact with so much of water or any detergents all the time. You need to take proper Homeopathic treatment for proper cure of your disease. Only home medicines will not help. Still Vaseline will help to come the part in contact with so much of water or other things.

With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.
