For heart burn:

Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (mishri), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you experience heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink.

* Drink baking soda mixed with water.

Baking soda, or sodium bicarb-onate is a natural antacid, and has a neutralising effect on the stomach acid.

Mix a small amount with water and drink slowly, otherwise there may be a laxative effect!

No it is not curable
but the size decreases after menopause mostly
but until then if it increases in size then it might lead to heavy bleeding or pressure symptoms
if it is small less than 2 cms in size and not giving any symptoms or is accidentally discovered on usg then it should be left alone.
