You have to control anger by observing silent nature, meditation, chanting liking mantra for limited time every day. Avoid spicy, fried, junk food items, take sufficient rest-sleep, do regular light exercises. Have a check up for any bp problem etc. If you are taking any chemical psycho related drug, then consult your doctor.

Please note the following for your condition:
• Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal.
• Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy.

1) have sweetened warm milk with jayphal at night. 2) apply cow ghee on soles of feet. 3) have a warm water bath before sleeping. 4) stop watching tv at least 3 hrs before sleep. 5) go to bed before 10 pm. 6) don't have tea/ coffee/ alcohol after 7 pm. 7) have early & light meals 8) go for shirodhara at a panchakarma centre near u. These all will help you sleep.

though you have healthy food you need to correct your metabolism 1st.
- always you have to maintain the time of having food.
- any other symptoms associated with this need to know?

Hi. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal
3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods
4) avoid coffee and tea
5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm
