Head ache can be of many reasons and the commonest is visual refractive error of eyes, Checking eyes and correcting errors can cure headaches, similarly the cause can be migraine and tension. Tension relieving methods like meditation, yoga and migraine medication can cure these. Check your eyes first of all and do a blood CBC & TSH and inform me personally. For temporary relief you can take a pain killer like Brufen tablet but need check to assess he real cause and treat.
