Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep:
• Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you.
* Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes.
• Drink a glass of milk at night daily.

Avoid day sleep.
Don't get too worried and anxious.
Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM,
Take hot water bath before going to bed.
Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night.
Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night.
Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night.
Sleep in a dark and silent room.

Starting with medicines as a treatment is not a good option
the tips for getting a good sleep are
- exercise regularly
-don't use computer too much
-do not's use mobile phone/ computer 1 hour before your sleep time
- maintain a regular sleep wake time
- don't try to watch movies at night/ play games
-listen to melodious song before sleep
-drink a glass of warm milk before sleep time this will induce sleep
