Daily requirement of salt is 5g or one teaspoon per day. Normal table salt is routinely consumed and is iodised. Excess dosage may cause higher minerals levels and skin changes. Iodised salt daily assures proper iodine and thyroid levels. Take plenty of water. If complaints persist beyond a month consult a physician for finding exact cause of your complaints.

You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.

Take small meals. Avoid fatty food. Increase protein containing food like egg whites or soya bean. Take meals 3 hours before going to bed. Elevate the head end of bed.
Engage in regular physical exercise (at least 150 mins/week).
If after 2 weeks of applying these measures there is no improvement, approach a physician.

Hello ,
probably your father is suffering from congenital hiatus hernia. If surgery is not required (as told by the endoscopist) medical therapy is sufficient to take of symptoms. But I want to know what is the exact problem that your father is suffering which brought him to the doctor? If it is cough, then he needs a detailed evaluation at his age. First to do pft, do cbc with absolute eosinophil count and total serum ige and inform. Rest if you're bronchial asthma then treatment for it is downgrading to basic mdi instead of loftair for now then if not controlled on basic mdi can use loftair combination.
