Try these home remedies:
- Drink kheer prepared out of saboo. - Drink a glass of pumpkin juice everyday in the morning on empty stomach.
- Take 1tsf of jeera powder mixed with jaggery twice daily.
Or poppy seeds which keeps the stomach cool. – Take a bowl of curds mixed with sugar or a glass of lassi everyday which helps to neutralise the acid.

Hello, follow these home remedies:-
1. Ginger -- cut one medium-size fresh ginger root into thin slices.
Bring one cup of water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Boil for three minutes, and then simmer for another five minutes.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only.
No smoking, no alcohol if any.
Avoid outside spicy and fried food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help
