Take Nux vom 200, 4 pills twice a day for 3 days and Ars alb 200, 4 pills 3 days and then report thereafter for further treatment. Till then avoid junk food, oily and spicy food, avoid stimulants like alcohol, coffee.
Take sprouts and salads, be hydrated, don't be empty stomach, take proper sleep and reduce stress.

To improve digestions you may do the following.
Avoid over eating
Take 20-30 mins walk after each meal.
Eat dinner early in evening.
Avoid highly spiced and oily food.
Do not take junk foods. Etc.

Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation:
- Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food.
- Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning every day.
- Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning.
