every body in the family should take food that is rich in calcium like milk, paneer, curd and other dairy products. exposing to the sun for 30 min daily is also helpful in providing vitamin D. if still the deficiency is not fulfilled u can take oral calcium supplementation after consultant with doctor

eat more fiber rich foods, coconut oil, green tea, tyrosine -rich foods, low fat milk, avoid soya - products, go for walk daily, do exercises---yoga. it help in reducing over weight also

drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot, spinach home made juice 1/2 times
a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply
