Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

First of all, keep your face clean always.
Secondly, drink at least 3 litres water daily
thirdly, make a face pack using chandan powder (2tsp)+multani mitti powder (1 tsp)+ haldi (1pinch)+ neem powder (1 pinch)+ rose water + 3-4 drops lemon juice. Apply on face and keep till it's dry. Then wash with water.
Use a mild face wash to clean face.
Eat lots of juicy fruits like oranges, apples
avoid junk food, fried food and spicy food totally.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods. I knows that non veg is your food but it's having too oil, ghee so avoid. Take simpal veg food with salad, green vegitabales, etc. Do arobic excersices, walking will help. Wash face neem face wash dry
