For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night

Include balanced eating pattern on a daily basis by having all food groups. Any of these protein rich foods like dals, sprouts, soya, milk, curd, paneer, eggs can be taken in meals. Have chapatis or paranthas instead of bread & add seasonal fruits between meals. Water & fluid intake about 3 litres should be maintained. Also food should be consumed in a relaxed state, eating slowly & chewing well. Handful of nuts can be taken as evening snack along with milk shake or fruit smoothies.

Take dinner in half quantity of lunch...
walk for 45 minutes in the morning,
do regular exercise,cycling,jogging,running,dancing,rope skipping etc.
do yoga ,pranayam daily,

avoid foods kept in friedge,
avoid sleeping immediately after taking food,
avoid oily,spicy ,fast,bakery foods,
avoid excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,
avoid overeating,
