Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Never strain at passing stool. Take plenty of oral fluid. Avoid spicy and fried food. Take high roughage food like leafy vegetables. Fruits etc. Check for thyroid issue by doing blood test for tsh level and a cbc for haemoglobin level. Apply ruticool cream locally in the anal canal twice daily for two weeks.
