Hello. Steriod secretion in the milk is in very low amounts, so there won't be any major adverse effects to your baby. It is though advisable to wait for 1-2 hours after taking the tablet before feeding your child. Also, don't just stop the medication on your own. Dosage of steriod is always tapered (as your doctor will advise you) and then stopped.

Hello. Itching at the corners of the eye is a very common problem. It can be due to allergic, infective or inflammatory causes. The diagnosis will depend of a detailed history and examination. An eye doctor would like to know if you have an allergic tendency or any sinus problem. For how long you have this problem? Is it in one eye or both? Yellow deposits can form around your eyelids as a side effect of having high levels of lipids in your blood. The medical term for these deposits is xanthelasma. These yellow spots may not be harmful initially, but they can gradually worsen and cause pain.
