Hi, 1) please get your cholesterol levels under control. For the spots on eye lid called xanthelasma, you can consult local dermatologist. They will remove it via a small procedure. 2) please consult urologist. It could be bph issue. 3) you need not take any medication as such, unless you face issues like hot flares, mood swings etc. Kindly consult gynecologist for the same.
