There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
b. Lasik laser
as your age is now 26 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs.
Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

1. Colour changing to white indicates that there is no recurrence
2. In recurrence, its size wil start increasing and colour will change to red
3. You can not do anything to prevent recurrence.

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful.
