I am 22 years old since I started menstruating its always been irregular, iâm not a virgin and I thought this would change when I start having sex, but its been the same. Most times I menstruate consecutively for 5 months and it doesât show up in the remaining months and vice versa. Other times I skip a month or two till the end of the year. My major concern right now is that I'm naturally a hairy person and have hairs all over my body. I had vellus hair on my face and I had to wax them, but it hurts badlyâ¦i switched to hair removal creams which I've been using for the past 4 years and my hair has become thick now and grown within a space of 2 daysâ¦i have stopped the use of depilatoriesâ¦i just started using dermaplaner and an ipl I got, but iâve not seen any positive result because my hairs grow really fastâ¦iâd like to know if thereâs anything I can do to stop the hair growth.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

My doctors prescribed me acnesol nc gel in morning but I have dry skin I need to use moisturizer I am confused like I should use this gel after or before moisturizer.

You should apply acnosol nc gel at night and moisturizer in the morning, just check the moisturizer you are using is non-comedogenic otherwise it can increase the pimples.

I have suffering from skin infection from 3 years when I was started treatment with itraconazole 200, levocetirizine 10 mg, ketoconazole soap, it will started to diapers but after some days it will come back after the lot of treatment I was control it by only applying luliconazole 1% and ketoconazole soap regularly. Then I was shifted homeopathy treatment but the infection started appear on large quantities.

You need to continuously follow up with the doctor.
The medicines might have to be changed it it looks like the infection has become resistant to a particular drug. Fungal infections do take a few months to clear.
Regular follow up is important
can't comment on homeopathy as i'm not a homeopathy dr.

I'm planning to follow the skincare routine as my family doc suggested: iglow face wash - [specify when you plan to use it] omnifade serum - 8 pm oryza cream - 8 am & 8: 02 pm truderma gel - 8: 02 am & 12 pm additionally, i'm going to take cap doxycycline 100 mg, one capsule after dinner for 14 days, as per your prescription. However, i'd like to be transparent about my existing medication: thyroxine sodium tablets - 25 mg every morning before breakfast. Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets - 500 mg after dinner. Could you please advise if there could be any interactions or side effects by combining these medications with the skincare routine recommended?
