Sir please suggest me a effective herbal moisturizer cream for my dry skin. And sir please advice me how to use it generally what happens is when ever I apply m. Cream on my face and walk outside with in a few hours I feel dust on my face I suppose it happens becaz of the cream which I applied on my face. And my face becomes black in colour and I look ugly.

Don't use creams. Take a aloevera leaf, cut it from middle, and apply on face. Rub gently for 5 min. Then let it dry. Then wash off with warm water. Your skin will remain moist and cool. Do this twice a day.

I have been using tropical steroid cream on my face for 4 years, but now my face skin is getting red and swelling. If I tried to stop using those tropical steroid creams, my face skin would start getting more pimples or popup small small blisters. I want to know the treatment of the given problems.

Hi
tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.
