Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by -
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home)
2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon.
3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night.
4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week.

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition, follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser.

Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises as that will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!

4 Apricots
Extra virgin olive oil
How to do it:
Slightly warm up the olive oil, not too hot, you don't want fried skin...right? Mash the apricots and mix them with enough of the olive oil to make a paste. Apply it on your dry skin, lie down and leave it for 10 minutes. Then wash it off with alternately cold and warm water

It is not a useful or helpful measure but if you r still keen on it, you can make a mixture of lemon, sugar, honey, dip a thin cloth in it and apply and remove it from the hairy area. There is no direct relation between skin and type of water used. The sun, wind everything damages and turns it dull. It can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated.
