Berberis aqui Q
10drops in 1/4th cup of water ,drink twice a day
Include fruits,green leafy vegetables ,salads in diet.
Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day
Use this cream Calendula and aloevera cream (DR WILMAR SHAWBE)
Don't use soaps on face.Use mild facewash
Use this pack (1tablespoon gramflour and 1tablespoon milk cream)mix and apply to face.keep for 5mins and wash off.Do this daily

Hello, for dryness on face, please use a mild cleanser like cetaphil or moiz as facewash twice a day. Apply elovera or venusia moisturiser immediately after bath and in evening. Avoid hot water baths. Wrinkles have to be assessed for further advice. Sun protection using sunscreens will prevent wrinkles and further signs of ageing.
