Folate should ideally be started from 3 months before conception. Doses may vary according to your previous history of pregnancy. And iron tablet are taken from 2nd trimester onwards if your hemoglobin level are within normal range.

4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.

•She, needs to monitor her weight, first.
• She should go for a walk 30 mnts in the morning and 30 mnts in the evening .

nothing by mouth.
emset4 md to put under toung it dissolves with saliva nothing by mouth till 30 min once to stop vomiting.
