thanx for the detailed history. Check for your thyroid levels. As mention you are having good diet n proper hair care. Was your father having same problem at your age? check for hereditary reasons

Applying oil will help get rid of dandruff to an extent. But using daily and using for a long period of time each time you apply is not advisable.
