Hello lybrate-user,
you need to follow some steps regularly to heal and prevent cracked heels. They are as follows -
1. Scrubbing and exfoliating- soak your feet in warm water + 1/4 th cup listerine + 1/4th cup vinegar, soak atleast for half an hour and then scurb with pumic stone.
2. Once the dead skin is scrubbed apply moderate quantity of good moisturiser, wrap your each foot with cling and wear socks. Keep it whole night.
3. Deficiency of omega - 3 can also cause cracks.
